Here are some details on exactly how your sunglasses are shipped here on Sunnieside.
The main thing we want you guys to understand is, we DO NOT dropship. Drop shipping sucks. That's when online stores sell you something...then get the brand or someone else to ship it from another location. That simply adds far too many hands & delays in what should be a petty simple operation.
Every pair of shades here on Sunnieside is shipped by our staff.
Shipping Type:
We ship all our orders using Australia Post. If you're in a hurry, go with the Express Post Option.
Shipping Times (AWST):
Monday: 9am-3pm (post drop & lodgement @ 4:15pm)
Tuesday: 9am-3pm (post drop & lodgement @ 4:15pm)
Wednesday: 9am-3pm (post drop & lodgement @ 4:15pm)
Thursday: 9am-3pm (post drop & lodgement @ 4:15pm)
Friday: 9am-3pm (post drop & lodgement @ 4:15pm)
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: Rest Day
Shipping Cost:
If your cart is under $150, options are $14 for Express or $9 for Standard (pump it up with a cost-effective pair?)
Free Shipping Qualifier:
Simply get your cart over the $150 mark and shipping will be Free.
Handling Time:
From Monday to Friday we ship your orders within 30 hours or receiving it. Sometimes orders are shipped within minutes.
International Shipping:
New Zealand is easy for us here in Australia. We ship to NZ quickly & easily. It's a flat rate of AUD $15.
For USA, CANADA and the UK - it's AUD $24
